Safelight is Alessandro Iotti and Chris Morgan. They live in Berlin and share a passion for analogue photography. XX is a classic movie black and white film, re-spooled into 35mm canisters. The film is originally called Kodak 5222 or Kodak Double-X. It is a high-speed, general-use panchromatic black and white negative film for both outdoor and studio use. It has a nominal sensitivity of 250 in daylight conditions and 200 under tungsten lighting, and it provides very high sharpness, a broad tonal range, and a fine grain structure.
